BALTIMORE — Syracuse couldn’t contain Tewaaraton Award Finalist Pat Spencer and surrendered an 8-1 run to Loyola on Saturday afternoon. SU’s offense went scoreless for roughly 18 minutes in the second half of the first round matchup with the Greyhounds. In the end, the Orange blew a four-goal lead due to costly penalties and a lack of possession. The 15-13 loss ended SU’s season in the first round for the second consecutive year.
