Quincy Guerrier played 27 minutes against the Panthers, his most since Nov. 29 against Penn State.
Syracuse continued to reverse its season with a 69-61 victory over Pittsburgh on Saturday afternoon, giving the Orange (13-7, 6-3 Atlantic Coast) five-straight wins since starting the new year 0-2. Buddy Boeheim scored 18 points in the first half and, despite Elijah Hughes not scoring over the opening 20 minutes, the Orange built a 20-point lead that withstood Pitt’s second-half comeback.
Now sitting at fourth place in the ACC standings, the Orange travel to Clemson on Wednesday in search of their sixth-straight win.
