CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. — Syracuse (18-12, 7-10 Atlantic Coast) is doomed to a losing record in the ACC for the first time since joining the league in 2013. That’s in part due to the 85-70 loss the Orange took at Boston College (17-13, 7-10) on Wednesday night in Conte Forum. Shooting a blistering-hot 51.9 percent from behind the arc, the Eagles pushed Syracuse even further out on the fringes of NCAA Tournament contention with the win.
