Syracuse (17-6, 5-5 Atlantic Coast) lost 73-64 to Virginia Tech (15-8, 4-6) on Thursday night. The Orange stretched out on many 3-point chances for VT, leading to easy buckets for the Hokies. In the loss, Tiana Mangakahia broke the single season record for assists in a season with 232.
