Following an loss last week at No. 25 Louisiana State, the Orange fell again, 33-25, to North Carolina State on Saturday. SU trailed 33-25 at halftime, but a 10-point third quarter seemed to position the Orange in comeback territory. But penalties eventually doomed Syracuse as N.C. State closed out the game in the final minutes.
