The man had entered a Syracuse University student’s Park Point apartment at 417 Comstock Ave. through a window on Monday morning. After the student woke to find the man in her apartment, a struggle ensued and the student was stabbed in the upper back with a knife, according to the release.
The suspect left the room, stealing a wallet on his way out, according to the release.

Its not a “struggle” its felony assault and attempted murder and home invasion robbery. Why is the student free and the victim Dominick Kelly in jail? Justice for Dominick! Clearly the student was in the process of marginalizing this poor man and he was defending himself against his white gaze and thoughts!
Ugh…I hate racists like you. You can’t really be a stabbing victim if you’re a person of privilege. You are in a place of power so the wounds are only in your mind. What you need to understand is that this vibrancy is the diversity. This fellow dindu was just showing us how vibrant and tolerant and diverse his ancestral customs and behaviors from Africa really are. We need more stuff like this on campus so that we can really understand and feel the enrichment! #justicefordominick #(((()))))
