This Sunday, two organizations  —  The Vietnamese Community of Syracuse and the Vietnamese Catholic Community of Syracuse  —  hosted a festival to celebrate Tet, the Year of the Rat. Attendees enjoyed traditional food and dances, a Kung Fu performance and a fashion show.
