The Orange played a sloppy first half in their last game against Maryland Eastern Shore.
Syracuse (3-0) picked up its third-straight win to open the season in a 75-53 win against Albany. After a tie at the end of the first quarter, Syracuse opened up a 10-point lead by halftime. The Orange turned over the Great Danes 18 times, using their full court press to bother the opposing guards. This was SU’s final game before No. 1 Oregon enters the Carrier Dome next Sunday.
