Syracuse (10-1) led Buffalo (7-4) by nine points at halftime on Tuesday night. In the second half, the Bulls took the lead on multiple occasions. In the end, Oshae Brissett’s 25 points — on a perfect 16-of-16 from the free-throw line — and Frank Howard’s 18 were enough to lead the Orange to a seven-point win against Buffalo.
