Briana Day’s career-high 31 points carried Syracuse (16-7, 7-3 Atlantic Coast) to a 93-65 victory over Pittsburgh (12-10, 3-6) Thursday night in the Carrier Dome. Brittney Sykes scored 25 points, Gabby Cooper 15 and Alexis Peterson 10 in SU’s dominant win. The Orange plays next at Boston College on Sunday afternoon.
