  • Alaska: Oct. 9
  • Arizona: Online: Oct. 10, Mail: Oct. 8
  • Arkansas: Oct. 10
  • California: Oct. 24
  • Colorado: Oct. 31
  • Connecticut: Nov. 1
  • Delaware: Oct. 15
  • District of Columbia: Received by the Tuesday before election day
  • Florida: Oct. 11
  • Georgia: Oct. 11
  • Hawaii: Online: Oct. 10, Mail: Oct. 8
  • Idaho: Oct. 14
