Christmas has come early for Syracuse head coach Scott Shafer.

SU offered a preview of its new indoor practice facility — which is reportedly set to officially open early next month — to the media on Thursday. The facility, located near Manley Field House, SU’s outdoor practice fields and SU Soccer Stadium, will be mostly used by the football program but will also benefit the Syracuse lacrosse and soccer teams as well.
