Behavior of on-campus bikers should improve

I find it ironic that one of the persons quoted in the article about bike lanes admitted to running a red light.
As a car driver, I see an even greater need for teaching bikers to obey the traffic rules. Almost all ignore stop signs (try standing at College Place and Euclid some morning and watching cars almost hit bikers that dash across the street without stopping).
Before we do anything else, we need to improve biker behavior.
